I understand that any misrepresentation, falsification, or omission of these documents shall be sufficient reason for dismissal of my employment.  I authorize Apollo Couriers, Inc. to thoroughly investigate my work experience and any other matters related to my suitability for employment. I further authorize my former employers to disclose to Apollo Couriers, Inc. all information they may have concerning my previous employment. I hereby release Apollo Couriers, Inc., my former employers, and all other persons from all claims, demands, or liability arising out of, or in any way related to, such disclosure.
